Having been in operation since 2018, E-CommAerospace is a recent development of the company PW Aero Marine, located in Brittany, Cotes D’Armor north west France. The management having worked in the Aerospace Industry since 2003, holding a wealth of knowledge allowing strategic decisions to evolve the company and its strategic direction.
Our experience in supporting clients with an array of different services, helps with; part procurement, repair management, sale of rotable components for the client pool or help to procurement rotable packages to keep the component pool replenished. While the service also offers parts under distribution and partnerships from various specialist manufacturers in the Aerospace industry, we support requests for parts from hardware, ingredients, tooling and ground support equipment through to major components for regional, commercial and corporate jets, as well as commercial helicopter.
All client demands are studied seriously, with view to supporting and accompanying our clients from purchase to final delivery and to help maintain a beneficial business partnership

Providing honesty throughout its services, supporting clients with adequate feedback to their requirements. Our client base is global, and not limited to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, French Territories, UAE. We remain strict on export regulations and follow US and EU Export Regulations, We follow the Embargoes and Sanctions to the varying countries and restricted persons list to make sure our business and our clients are protected.

Our speciality is the ability to work in varying sectors of the Aerospace business, having key contacts to aide the development and finalization of our client’s needs. Supporting with products like replacement spares, and those used for repairs for authorized workshops, consumables, ingredients, principal rotables components like landing gears, transmissions, engine spares and engines, through to aircraft structures, and Interiors. We work to customer demand and act as an extension to their company, providing the best quality possible within a timely manner. If products are not available due to lead times, we will go to our partners and try to find other solutions. We can also help with maintenance tooling and ground support equipment.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via DHL with a tracking number. Parcels can also be sent via DHL with special delivery, i.e. before the set time and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. In some cases, if we require that the parts need to be better protected, we will contact you before shipping them.
Important Note: Returns, to better understand why you are returning an order or part purchased, you must absolutely contact us before shipping, we will send you a document to complete on the reason for the return. Parts sold in AS-IS or AS-REMOVED, NEW-SURPLUS condition are not returnable. For other conditions New, OH, SV, You must complete this document in full and return it to us in order to receive a return reference (RMA). If you return a delivery without agreement or RMA number, it will probably be refused and returned at your expense.
Return cost can be discussed for New, OH, SV conditions, but depends on the reason for return. In most cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any return for order refund is processed after a full investigation. Any customer returns of parts that are no longer required, for any reason, and have not been used or unpacked will incur a 25% restocking fee.
