Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via DHL with a tracking number. Parcels can also be sent via DHL with special delivery, i.e. before the set time and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. In some cases, if we require that the parts need to be better protected, we will contact you before shipping them.
Important Note: Returns, to better understand why you are returning an order or part purchased, you must absolutely contact us before shipping, we will send you a document to complete on the reason for the return. Parts sold in AS-IS or AS-REMOVED, NEW-SURPLUS condition are not returnable. For other conditions New, OH, SV, You must complete this document in full and return it to us in order to receive a return reference (RMA). If you return a delivery without agreement or RMA number, it will probably be refused and returned at your expense.
Return cost can be discussed for New, OH, SV conditions, but depends on the reason for return. In most cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any return for order refund is processed after a full investigation. Any customer returns of parts that are no longer required, for any reason, and have not been used or unpacked will incur a 25% restocking fee.
